Curious about trying out local fitness facilities? Now’s your chance to discover what works for you! This six-week series offers a variety of classes, with one session each week.
-One class per week
-Gain knowledge from local leaders in the health and fitness industry.

- September 29: Gold's Gym [Class: GRIT Strength is a 30-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.]
