Ulster Insurance Services, Inc. Announces New Insurance Licensing for Leslie Peralta

(Kingston, NY) Ulster Insurance Services, Inc. (UIS), a subsidiary of Ulster Savings Bank, today announced Leslie Peralta has successfully completed education and licensing testing to become a New York State-licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Broker. This license enables her to sell and support a variety of personal and commercial insurance policies. Ms. Peralta joined UIS in July 2025 and will serve as an Account Manager for personal lines clients.

Prior to joining UIS, Ms. Peralta spent four years as a Personal Banker for Ulster Savings Bank (USB). Before joining USB, Ms. Peralta served in a variety of other positions, including two years as a summer camp counselor.
 
Ms. Peralta holds an associate’s degree in liberal arts childhood education from LaGuardia Community College in Queens, NY. She is also a certified notary public.
