In Flight Inc., is a nonprofit that provides support services within a home environment and the community for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
Scope of Work Performed: The Facilities worker position is responsible for all matters of routine upkeep and maintenance of agency vehicles, equipment and property. This position reports directly to the Facilities Supervisor. The facilities department is based in Red Hook, the company sites are in Ulster and Columbia County. Facility workers use the company vehicles. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with on call rotation.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. The employee must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
The employee agrees to comply with the Corporate Compliance Policy and all laws, rules, regulations and standards of conduct relating to the position. All staff must pass all NYS Justice Center Background Check Requirements, and Physical. In addition, the employee has a duty to report any suspected violations of the law (including any motor vehicle infractions) to Human Resources.
